Skil SPT78MMC-01 Cutting Saw

 OUTLAW is a saw for those who break the rules. This worm drive saw features the power and torque expected from a SKILSAW but is made for cutting metal. It is the only left-bladed metal saw built with blade windows that show the blade when cutting for improved accuracy. The SPT78MMC-01 has a 15 amp Dual-Field Motor with no-load RPM of 3,900. This saw is virtually spark-free with weld-ready cuts so there is no need for deburring. OUTLAW powers through non-ferrous metals up to 1/2 in. thick and has a depth of cut of 2-3/4 in. The saw has an easy to remove chip tray that has the capacity to hold 33% more chips than other saws like it on the market. A lever on the upper guard enables users to safely lift the lower guard for the start of plunge cuts. To assist with cuts, the saw has a specially designed ergonomic handle for comfort and control. Ideal for applications used in metal fabrication, electrical, metal work, HVAC, plumbing and pipe fitting. Works with non-ferrous metals up to .25 in. thick such as steel stud, round tube, L-profile, square tube, flat bar, unistrut, rectangle tube, H-profile, round bar, T-profile, and rebar.
