What is a Bare Tool?

A bare tool is sold without a battery, charger, or case. These are ideal if you already own compatible tools and accessories from the same brand.

How do I know if my order has gone through?

Once your order is placed successfully, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact our team.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also log in to your account at any time to view your order history and tracking information.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the U.S. In-stock items typically ship the same day if the order is placed before 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Some exceptions apply. For full details, view our Shipping Policy.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • In-stock items: Ship same-day if ordered before 5 PM EST (Mon–Fri).
  • Weekend orders: Ship the following Monday.
  • Backordered items: Typically ship within 5–7 business days once restocked.
  • Pre-order: Ships when it becomes available from the manufacturer.

How do I place an order?

You can order securely through our website 24/7. Prefer to talk to someone? Call our showroom during business hours at (904) 420-4733, Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save shipping info, and reorder quickly. We do not store credit card information or share personal data.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following secure payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, UnionPay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number at customerservice@rivercitytools.com. Items must be returned in their original, as-shipped condition, including all original packaging and accessories, and returned within 14 days. 

A restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the return. Special orders and gas-powered items are not eligible for return.

What if an item is out of stock?

Our website reflects real-time inventory, but rare discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with options or estimated lead times.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. Orders shipping to Florida are subject to 7% sales tax. Orders shipping outside Florida are currently tax-exempt.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—we currently ship only within the United States. If you are interested in International shipping, please contact us at customerservice@rivercitytools.com.
