Holiday Return Policy (Effective November–December)

During the holiday season, we’re extending our return window to make shopping easier and more flexible.

Eligible purchases made between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year. The item must be in its original, as-shipped condition, including all original packaging and accessories. You’ll also need to supply your order number.

Please note that:

• Items returned in non-resellable condition (opened packaging, missing parts, signs of use, or damage) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% of the item’s value.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Special orders and gas-powered items are not eligible for return.
  
• To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@rivercitytools.com before sending any item back.
  

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
